House3D Company Limited ("House3D", "we", "our", or "us") operates the House3D platform, a cloud-based interior design, 3D visualization, VR/AR, cloud rendering, digital asset, and marketing workflow platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use House3D websites, applications, cloud rendering services, design tools, marketing tools, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
House3D Company Limited is the legal entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal information collected through the Services, including Platform Data received through Meta Platforms when a user connects a Facebook or Meta Business account.
When you register for or use a House3D account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, username, password or authentication credentials, company name, billing information, subscription details, profile information, and communication preferences.
When you use our design and rendering services, we may process project files, 3D models, floor plans, textures, images, videos, rendering outputs, furniture or material data, project names, file names, comments, collaboration data, and related metadata. You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the rights required for us to provide the Services.
If you choose to sign in to House3D using Facebook Login, we may receive information that you authorize Meta to share with us, such as your Facebook user ID, name, profile picture, email address, and other information permitted by your authorization and Meta's policies.
If you choose to connect your Meta Business, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or advertising account to House3D, we may receive and process Meta Platform Data only after you explicitly grant authorization. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include ad account IDs, business IDs, campaign names and IDs, ad set information, ad creative information, ad status, delivery status, reporting metrics, advertising insights, media assets selected by you, and other advertising assets that you own or have been granted access to by the asset owner.
House3D may use Meta permissions such as ads_read and ads_management only for features that allow authorized users to read advertising reports, synchronize campaign data, manage advertising assets, upload creatives, create or update campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creatives, and improve marketing workflows inside House3D.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, session duration, feature usage, error logs, API logs, authentication events, and security events.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve security, analyze usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; create and manage user accounts; authenticate users; provide cloud rendering, storage, collaboration, and marketing workflow features; process payments and subscriptions; provide customer support; send service notices; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.
House3D uses Meta Platform Data only for the purposes authorized by the user and permitted by Meta policies. We may use such data to allow users to connect Meta ad accounts, select advertising assets, upload House3D-generated creatives, create and manage campaigns, synchronize campaign status, retrieve advertising insights, and display performance reports within House3D.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated purposes. We do not access advertising accounts unless the user owns the account or has been granted access by the account owner. We do not share Meta Platform Data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, protect rights and security, or as otherwise authorized by the user and permitted by Meta policies.
When you connect a Meta account, House3D may securely store access tokens or related authorization data to provide the requested integration. We use such tokens only to perform actions authorized by you. You may disconnect your Meta account at any time through your House3D account settings or by removing House3D from your Facebook or Meta Business integrations. Upon disconnection, we will revoke or stop using the authorization and delete stored tokens according to our retention policy, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, customer support, email delivery, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to House3D and must protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of House3D, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
House3D may process and store information in Vietnam and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and prevent fraud or abuse. Project files and account data may be retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information according to our retention procedures, unless we are legally required or permitted to retain it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit, secure authentication, monitoring, logging, and restricted access to production systems. After verifying the request, House3D will delete stored Facebook access tokens, remove cached Meta account information associated with your House3D account, disconnect the Meta integration, and delete or anonymize related data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
The Services are not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users through the Services, by email, or by other appropriate means.
