This page explains how users who connected their Facebook account to House3D may request deletion of Facebook-related data stored by House3D.

House3D Company Limited is committed to protecting user privacy and processing Meta Platform Data in accordance with Meta Platform Terms, our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

1. Information We Receive From Facebook

Depending on the permissions you granted, House3D may receive some or all of the following information through Facebook Login:

• Facebook User ID
• Name
• Email address
• Public profile information
• Facebook access token
• Other information that you explicitly authorize

House3D uses this information solely for authentication, account management and features that you explicitly request.

2. How To Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of Facebook-related data using any of the following methods.

1. Remove House3D from your Facebook account.
   • Open Facebook.
   • Go to Settings & Privacy.
   • Select Settings.
   • Open Apps and Websites.
   • Select House3D.
   • Click Remove.
2. Email us at [email protected] with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your House3D account.
3. If you initiate a Facebook data deletion request through Meta's privacy tools, Meta will securely notify House3D using the official Meta Data Deletion Callback mechanism. No additional action is normally required unless House3D needs to verify your identity before completing the deletion.

3. What Happens After We Receive Your Request

Once your request has been verified, House3D will make reasonable efforts to:

• Disconnect your Facebook account from House3D.
• Delete stored Facebook access tokens.
• Delete Facebook user identifiers where permitted.
• Delete cached Meta account information associated with your account.
• Delete or anonymize Meta Platform Data that is no longer required.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, security requirements, fraud prevention, financial regulations, dispute resolution or other legitimate legal obligations.

4. Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some requests may require additional time where permitted by law.
